There is an additional cleaning fee of £60.00 which is not included in the cost of accommodation.

If you require spa heating this will incur an additional £40.00 charge.

A £100.00 per week non-refundable deposit is required on all reservations within 10 days of booking.

Balance is due 8 weeks prior to check-in, if full payment is not received we reserve the right to cancel the booking.

An additional security deposit of £200.00 is also payable with the balance and will be returned providing there are no damages to the property.
